We cover blues and Motown influenced tunes from the 60s to today. The musicians are mostly homegrown Texans - or have been here long enough to earn their honorary Texan card. Each member brings a unique musical aesthetic to the band and has spent this last year adding their spin to popular songs that everyone loves.

Starting out, the vocalist's goal was to join a country band. For fun, the bass player asked her to sing "It's Not My Cross to Bear" by the Allman Brothers. She had never heard it and, after a quick listen in the studio, performed her own rendition. Unbeknownst to her, he recorded the session. Her mom became ill immediately after the audition, so nothing happened with that band. However, months later, the bass player emailed the recording and said he wanted to replicate it on stage one day. A year later, they formed a blues band. When a guitarist/trumpet player joined, he added horns and Motown sounds. And now here we are, ready to share our unique versions of everyone's favorite blues and Motown tunes.
